Lera Lynn leaves the crowd stunned at Hopmonk Novato in Novato California February 26 2026

It was February 26, 2026, when I headed out to the Hopmonk Novato in Novato, California, for another KC Turner Presents show. The evening’s show was Peter Bradley Adams opening for Lera Lynn, and it was awesome to say the least.

When Peter Bradley Adams hit the stage, the crowd was on point. He hit the stage and was a force to be reckoned with. His smooth vocals and amazing guitar playing make his hits from the years of his playing. He and Todd had a good feel on stage together as they played his songs.

It was really cool when he invited the rest of the band on stage to play a few songs with him. His and Lera’s vocals were top-notch, and they harmonized so well together. Todd and Peter finished out the set as they had begun, dazzling the crowd.

They played a really nice Gospel song, and the crowd gave it a stirring applause. When they finished up the set, they told us to buy their merch and head to the bar to try the drink of the evening.

When Lera Lynn made he way to the stage, it was to a stirring round of applause. Starting with “Shape Shifter”, their set was amazing from the start. Following that song was “Illusion” and “Cherry Tree”. Those songs were fabulous as they played through, with the audience jamming along.

The next song was “Fade Into Black”, a mellower song that was fantastic. The tones of it resonated with the audience. Following that song was “Dark Horse” and “Beige”. “Beige” was an acoustic song that made everyone feel all giddy inside. It was a replacement song because one of the amp cables went bad, and the sound guy had to fix it. Whether or not he fixed it, it was a stunning song.

“Comic Book Cowboy” was up next, from her latest album, and that song was amazing as they played through it. The next song was “Laundry”. “Laundry” was about her marriage to Todd and how she never thought she would do someone else’s laundry, but here she is, doing someone else’s laundry. It was tongue-in-cheek, according to Lera.

The next song was “Digital You”, a song that they are considering doing the version that they played there that night. It was an experiment that worked, really well. The following song was “Let Her Go”, and while that song was mellow, it held a lot of meaning to it.

The next two songs were “Drive” and “Left Turn Lane” was up next. That song was followed up by them trying to figure out what to do the next day, since they had the early part of the day off. Hopefully, they decided on something cool. Following that song was “Scratch + Hiss”. That was a fantastic song that we all liked tremendously.

The next song was “Something More Than Love”. That one was a mellow song that showcased her vocal prowess. It was an amazing song, and the crowd loved it too. That brought us to the final song of the set. That song was “Whiskey”, and it was an awesome finish. They played that song, as mellow as it was, with intent. The lyrics were spectacular on that song. With that, they said goodnight, and it was time to go.
